Abstract Submission

Because the meeting will be smaller than anticipated due to international travel restrictions, we expect there will be time for a relatively high proportion of oral presentations. However, we are also adapting the meeting format to give high priority and ample time for the poster sessions, discussions, break-outs, and exhibitions. Contributors are limited to only one abstract as lead author, unless otherwise invited or granted permission in advance.

We also anticipate that some individuals, particularly international, who wish to attend and contribute will not be certain whether circumstances surrounding COVID-19 will allow them to do so. We welcome abstract submissions from these individuals, but for program planning purposes we request that (a) the “poster only” presentation option be selected, and (b) the abstract is withdrawn by the early registration deadline (anticipated to be in mid-August) if they cannot attend. We are using the same abstract submission portal used by AGU. Abstract text is limited to 2500 characters, not counting spaces. You may also upload one image file. Titles are limited to 300 characters, not counting spaces.
